Did you make it Imera?

Yes, I made everything on the houses (except the prints) I loved the whole process, especially the texture on the houses and the fence. And even the bats (as much as it hurt my fingers in the end to cut them out)

I love all the houses, so many different styles Cheesy

Hello everyone!  If you would check your status on the first post of this gallery thread and PM me if anything is incorrect, that would be awesome!  Thanks.

I have received my two final houses.

From RamonaQ:

The front. This light doesn't show it, but there is a delicate iridescence to the the butterfly stripes.

The back.  I cannot imagine where you found that picture with the enormously skull-headed doctor!  Wow.  Like that gold foil trim, too!
Thank you, RamonaQ

From imera:

The front. Amazing texture and so many details!  The vampire looking at the moon, the bats (love those bats!!) the mysterious creeping fog. And of course, the ghost in the attic porthole window.

The back.  I really like your moons, the swirly paint is great.  Again, those bats kill me; I just love them.  Definitely worth the sore fingers I'm sure you had.  And my own personal little graveyard at the side.
Thank you, imera.

My neighborhood:

I love all my houses, ladies.  This has been a very good swap!

Here is the chunky house that I sent to TheSavoyTruffle, since she asked me to post a photo.

The inspiration for this chunky house was a "Greetings from..." postcard.  TheSavoyTruffle really liked the heads of Easter Island so I thought "what if they were having a party?"  The black crepe paper is supposed to be masks on their faces, but my husband says it doesn't translate like that.

Love the Easter Island house, irid3sc3nt! The stamp on the back is great, too.

Here is the house I sent to TheSavoyTruffle:

I believe that stamp came from StampFranciso.com

Is the spider abdomen a bead?  And I like the giant spiderweb!

Thanks! I'll have to check them out. Smiley

The abdomen is a flatback Swarovski crystal - the yummy color is padparadscha. The spiderweb is from a 12x12 sheet of Authentique's Glowing paper line, but I don't know the specific name of the sheet. I used the tip of the Glossy Accents bottle to paint over the lines so it looks like it was wet embossed.
