Here's the gorgeous house that arrived yesterday from loves2experiment.  I'm in love with the bat and the tiny tarot cards!  I have that full sized deck and now want the tiny ones.

Check out the gravestone detail on the back side.  Love it!

Thank you so much, Pauline!

What a great house you made loves2! Love all the great details, especially the tarot cards. Want them.

I have received a darling house from mandykaye....

Great house! I, too, love the vibrant colors of that ribbon! That parlor is definitely spooky. Smiley

Love the bat, Loves2! It's cool that on the flip side that it kinda looks like a claw. Also impressive is the acrylic (vellum?) inset with "78". While I was trying to figure out how you stamped the numbers backwards, I realized you can see a bit of the bat head through the back. Neat idea! I was happy to give up the backwards-stamping thing, because that was confusing me. Smiley The gravestone is PERFECT. If my houses weren't 99% finished I'd totally lift that idea. Smiley

My favorite part is the buttons.  I just love buttons and they give the overall composition an older feeling.

Thank you, Danni!

Just catching up on all the latest additions to the gallery! Smiley
mandykaye, I love the behind-the-door scenes you've chosen for your chunky houses and I can't wait to see more!
Perhaps it's just right about Halloween and I'm seeing things that don't exist...but the shape of the 'moon' looks awfully like a skull in the back of the house!  Danni, was that intentional or one of those marvelous things that 'just happened'?

Connie, I'm glad you like your chunky house Cheesy  If you have the full size deck, you can make mini decks...just saying Wink  Killiam Creative, the numbers for the houses were printed on transparencies and sandwiched between the layers of house shapes...no actual stamping was involved Grin

Nice houses! I really like the black and white theme you've got going on there, DanniQuee.

I'm glad the houses are arriving safely! I was a little worried about them since they're so much chunkier than the ones I've made in the past.

As for the skull, that was a happy accident that I hadn't even noticed until you mentioned it! Cheesy The bird paper is some of my favorite, and while I've been hoarding it since I bought it (I'm one of *those* people, lol) I had perfect house sized chunks left after another project and couldn't talk myself into not using it. It's from one of Martha Stewart's paper pads from -I think- 2 years ago.  Roll Eyes
