Whole Wheat Blueberry-Banana Nut Pancakes

Yesterday morning I whipped up a batch of my scrum-deli-icious Whole Wheat Blueberry-Banana Nut Pancakes.  I wish I had more pictures but we were so busy eating we forgot to take more pics.   

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup white flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 mashed banana
    1 egg white
    1 cup soy milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    Pinch of raw sugar
    1/2 cup almond slices
    1/3 thawed frozen blueberries

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.  In another bowl mix wet ingredients and add the dry ingredients.  Cook pancakes on a hot griddle and enjoy with maple syrup.
