Hey 'bird, love your movie book! I'm a big fan of the Thin Man movies, so when I saw that, I had to smile. And that shrinky dink cover is a neat idea.

WOW! my book from Zombielili is amazing! Its perfect, its so beautiful and so me im almost lost for words it really is perfect!

I feel bad not including any extras in the package I sent her :/ I have been totally spoiled with a set of inchies and lots of sweets and chocolate!

Now on to the amazing book! Its castle shaped and constructed mostly from card and paper, I love the details!

inside:

close up of the Edward Scissorhands picture

I love all of the pages im not sure I could pick a favourite one, I really love the Neil Gaimann bit at the end as I am a fan of his too! Zombielili said her crafting level was intermediate but id say its a lot higher than that! I hope she likes the one I sent her, I had fun making it but I can see there is quite a gap in our skill levels (me being rubbish!) I need to think of a good way to display this book as its far too special to just be on a shelf or in a cupboard!

Here's my wonderful tiny book from the awesome spidermom! She was inspired by my nautical-themed pinboard Smiley

Wood, twine, and sea critters! How much more awesome can you get?

Top view of cover. Love this guy!

Spidermom is an amazing needleworker and now I have more of her work! (Check out her awesome Lady Cassandra hoop from the OTT Doctor Who swap: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=383021.0)

Love the crab and shark! SO cute.

Back cover. I love how the twine runs throughout the book.

Spidermom sent me a ton of fun extras too, but I'm going to go post them in the personal swaps board. Thanks SO much for my tiny book, Sara! You're awesome! Cheesy

The effect on that Poppy book is just delicious! I've gotta try that shrink plastic method!

Zombielili's book is SO FLIPPING COOL! She definitely has super skills... Wow.

I love the octopus cover and the shark page Smiley

I received from GoatGoddess today and I totally love it! BEHOLD

The front and back have beautiful metal embossed images and are colored magnificently with alcohol inks, I think.

It's an accordion style book made from fabric which I think she hand-painted. The colors are so vibrant and very pearlescent.

There are a TON of decorated pages. Since it's accordion, I kinda get two books in one Smiley

One of my favorite pages. The images are printed on fabric! The owl baby was on my pinterest!

Another favorite page. Love those colors and the stamping.

Thank you so much GoatGoddess Cheesy
