This semester is already kicking my butt.  I am teaching a new class this term, and am struggling to keep up with it, so there's been less crafting time lately.  I took a short break from lecture writing yesterday afternoon to make some earrings though.  Four pairs of Sorting Hat Earrings to be exact!  The idea came from listening to several people in the Back to Hogwarts Swap who have gotten into Pottermore, but were upset at being sorted into a house they didn't expect.  The real Sorting Hat would of course take your wishes into consideration. Wink  The charms are pewter, and absolutely adorable.

Gryffindor - red Druk glass & amber Czech glass

Slytherin - Czech glass

Hufflepuff - Fire-polished Czech glass & black stone

Ravenclaw - Czech glass & sand stone

All the houses together!

These are awesome - HP without being too obvious!

I've got a cuple of friends and we are three different "houses" and this would have been a great go to see the film thing (as we are older and not really into the dressing up at times other than halloween/cons.  old and stuffy  Tongue)

They're so cute. The entire set would be perfect as stitch markers for knitting

Very cute!
I'm in Pottermore and ended up in my least favorite house. Sad Once October rolls around I'm making a new account and taking my time with the sorting hat.
