I think it's a great idea! As some one with a insect collection, I love insect jewelry. And I like you didn't go straight for the butterfiles or ladybugs.

If it was a spider I would definitely buy one. Roaches, unfortunately, are just not my thing.

I think your brooches look well made. Sadly, I wouldn't buy a cockroach brooch either. I grew up in a home that was infested with them for years, so I have a negative bias toward them. That may be something that's putting people off from buying these as well. I understand that cockroaches are quite tenacious and hardy little insects, important to the way nature works, but I think most people think of dirty homes and disease when they think of cockroaches. But like someone else said, Halloween is around the corner, so maybe sales will pick up.
