I'm mostly a lurker but recently I've started sewing a lot. I'm not quite sure why but when I finished these I just had to show them to somebody. By nomeans are they perfect or anything but I'm in love. Now just to find someone who can actually fit them....

I got the basic shape for them http://underwear.sew-ing.com/boxer.html. I don't have a printer so I just drew out the shape as it appeared to me on newspaper. They were intended to for in the beginning but because I thought the pattern looked a too big I took out about 3-4 inches in the middle which is why it's too small. They took me about 2 hours to make including my pattern drawing time.

Here's the pic...

welcome, and nice work!

Thanks. I made a second pair and this time they're too big. Atleast I'm getting the hang of adjusting patterns.

Your shorts/undies look great - even if their size needed to be adjusted.
Thanks for the link. I've just looked all around it. Now I have some wonderful gift ideas floating around.
But getting my machine back into working order is first.
