._. I dont know where the post office is here in Milwaukie (Oregon, not Wisconsin LOL) But there's a mailer place in the promenade, and my grandma is pretty sure I'll be able to track it from there... It might be from UPS though instead of USPS... Is it bad if I mail via UPS? If all else fails I can try to track down the post office and see what bus(es) and or train(s) I have to take to get to it, but yeaaahhhh... It sounds like the UPS place might be easier.
Hehehe.... Sign ups end on my birthday. <3

Now, I have to go make Mediterranean stuffed pork chops and bake bread!

(Off topic but...) Yumm Mediterranean stuffed pork chops sound tasty.

Yummmmm

Okay, I know it's OT, but here's how you make it (and if you're a vegetarian, the "stuffing" works great on top of cannellini beans!):

Take 6 or so pork loin "chops" (I got mine from Whole Paycheck, but they have humane certified meat.  These are about 0.5" slices from the lean part of the loin.)
Take a handful of olives, pit & chop them. Take a double-handful of sun dried tomatoes & chop them.  Mix them all together with 3-4 tablespoons of feta cheese.

I didn't need to flatten them much; I just used my fingers and then placed aspoonful of the stuffing mixture on the chop and folded it over.  I sauted them in a nonstick skillet with a little olive oil and garlic.  About 5 min a side, I think, and be careful to make sure the inside with the stuffing is cooked.

On the side I made up some quinoa and zucchini ribbons (zukes through a wide grater, sauted with garlic ((<3 garlic!)) and then fluffed into the cooked quinoa, dressed with a little olive oil and salt & pepper.

-> Stride "Sweet Cinnamon" If you have it in your area, will you PM me?  My mother loves it, and we can NEVER find it in our stores here.  Will negotiate for some!

The "good" PO that I used was down 82nd ave right next to a Joann's Supercenter.  I know the buses run all up and down 82nd and there is a stop at that plaza.

Yay Selkie! You'll soon be addicted.

Hope no one minds if I start asking questions again? Because I just thought of a very interesting one:

What is your favorite divination art, and why? Cheesy

Tarot hands down.  I love the art used in the cards and how each deck is different and beautiful. I also feel that certain decks/cards call out to whom they belong with making them more alive for me than some of the others.
