Oooooh how fantastic! Just got the knitting pattern for the hexipuffs, cannot wait to get started. getting slightly bored of the Cold Mouontain Scarf. And a fantastic way to use up scraps - just about to get a mortgage so there is not much money left for new yearn (cry), and I'll need some decoration/throws/seat cushions anyway.

Might also be a nice idea for a swap...  Roll Eyes I don't think there has ever been one, has there? or a miniskein swap maybe? hmmm....

will post when I got some done.

I'm definitely using this as a stash buster. Id flip through the thread but I'm exploring on my phoneany idea on the best way to join these burgers together without going mad? I think I might do larger puffs 4-5 puffs make it a couch cover.

I'm at about 11 so far and loving the pattern. They're such a fun little project.
I took a couple and sewed them together into a little flower, I've almost got enough for a second flower.

I'm glad to see other people are doing these things too!  I joined the group on Ravelry that's called... 366 in 2011.  I'm already 5 behind.. .Not a good start. LOL.  I need to get some stuffing.

A friend just gifted me the pattern on Ravelry so I'm hoping to get started soon.  Smiley

I'm working on this right now and its lots of fun- I'm not stuffing my puffs though- partly cos I'm worried the stuffing will just end up all lumpy over use, but mostly cos I'm too lazy to.  Realistically I don't think I'll finish this in 2012, but I'll give it a go.

I finished my first hexipuff today!  It's a little wonky, but I don't care.  I enjoy the pattern, but it took me a lot longer than 30 mins to make one.  I hope I'll get faster as I go, otherwise it'll take me forever to have enough for a throw blanket!

I just made a stop motion video about a hexipuff! It's really crude and there's no sound yet but it was fun and a great way to learn how to do stop motion. More hexipuff videos to come!
