Fall Nature Inspired Necklace

I don't know if this will make the cut. I actually live in San Diego and had all my power shut off as I was posting this on the 8th due to the tripped power outage through San Diego, Arizona, and Mexico so I beg that my entry will be able to stay! I made this necklace out of a silver dipped leaf and beaded it with glass leaf shaped beads and vintage german flower shaped beads. I also included four silver tone brass bird charms.

This necklace is what fall felt like in bead form! I really hope you enjoy the time and effort I put into make this nature inspired piece!





It was all strung beads I just finished it yesterday and to find I couldn't post it because we had no power which meant no internet and my cell wouldn't work because of the busy network.... I just hope you enjoy my nature project! It has meant so much to mean....

I really love this necklace! But problem is, I don't like busy things on my neck, but I love it from my side of view on someone else neck! Love it!

Thank you for all the wonderful comments. I worked so long and hard on this while also taking care of my 10 month old and making sure she didn't swallow any beads! I know that the little extra isn't for everyone but I am soo thrilled that you still like it!

The power outage was horrible here in San Diego.... I had tried posting the item earlier from our vacation spot and couldn't get the pictures to load and then within 40 minutes of getting home we lose power.... Then trying to shop yesterday to replace EVERYthing in our fridge and freezer was een more difficult...

But I was at least able to get it up here finally! Thank you so much for liking it! I think it is just beautiful and had to share it!

Sooooo so pretty - I love it and I can't imagine the hours that went into this!  (I can also relate to the power outage woes - we had just gone to the store and spent about $135 on groceries about 2 hours before we lost power!)
Anyway....beautiful work!!
