I'm about to make "The Florence" bag by Indygo Junction.  It's such a fun summer tote/bag with bamboo handles!  If you don't already have the pattern, they're cheap on eBay!

I'm going to make the lowest bag in the pic!  Anyone else interested?

Do you know where you can get these handles from on the internet? I don't think they sell them in my local craft shop.

See my website for my products (will post to anywhere in UK at cost of postage and packaging). It is a little out of date due to a server crash. Please email me if you want a custom order

I'm not sure if I'm too late! But here's a site I found with handles:

You can get really nice bamboo handles here - http://www.tallpoppycraft.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=21. They're a Craftster featured sponsor...I click on all the sidebar links Wink

I'm making an Indygo bag with bamboo handles right now. It's a different pattern, called Naomi. The directions are clear as mud for anyone who doesn't already know exactly how to make a handbag, and no illustrations. But it's going to turn out great, because I say it will!
