I actually had some more free time last week.... Smiley

I knit a bit on my blue cardigan.  This one was frustrating me because it's lace weight yarn and I just didn't have the patience this week....

So...I started another with worsted weight.  My mom and sister are making sweaters for each other and wanted me to help them since neither have ever knit a sweater before....so I decided I must knit myself one to help them. Smiley

So...what are you guys working on?

I've been sick the past week, so all I have made are random little square people that I make up as I go along. I'm hoping today to start working on a purse to go with the hat I made last week.

I take all of my pictures on my iPhone and can't upload them unless I e-mail them to my mac and I'm feeling sick so I'll just explain my awesomeness.
I have to bind off http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/boscage-cowl This cowl that I've done in a purple and blueish Malabrigo colour way. I made it a bit smaller so I have a whole skein left. Yay!

I also have a pair of http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/twilight-3 these socks in a blue and brown striping yarn.

Then there's Nessie! http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/loch-ness-monster
I'm doing it in red heart supersaver in worsted weight on size 4mm needles so it will be bigger. I'm about halfway done the body.

I've also started the cuff on another pair of socks but I think they're getting frogged. I'l post pictures when I'm less sick.

Ok, instead last night I started making a water bottle carrier for when I walk my dogs. I have a pattern, but it's for sock yarn, which I don't have (not that I planned on using for this anyway, I have some pretty, but expensive, wool sock yarn I bought to make pretty gloves out of), so I just measured one of my bottles and am going to make up the pattern as I go. I'm making it in pretty fall color variegated yarn. It's knitting up pretty quick, so I should finish tonight.

I just got home from visiting family for a few weeks so my WIP is down to the fugly socks. I have three rows of the 1x1 ribbing to end the cuffs done. All I need to do is continue that until I have just enough yarn left to bind off and they'll be finished.

So hopefully I'll get the sleeves started for my purple cabled sweater started this weekend and maybe even finish that sewing thread project that still needs a half inch of seed stitch done.
