Ugh. I just braved walmart to get a bit of fabric. I got to use mostly stash but, I just needed that one little piece. Its in the wash now and hopefully I'll be finished up by tomorrow!

Edited to add: So I finished up the top and am wondering how to quilt it. I've only done the 'stitch in the ditch' method but, that won't work for this. Any experienced people wanna give me some advice?  I'd appreciate it!

Hi everyone,

Made it home from Williamsburg, VA, late last night. Got into a real mess on the trip home in a town called Berkley Springs, Va. Appears they were having some type of big shindig...we sat in traffic for more than an hour to get thru the little town!

But anyway, I'm back safe and sound. Now have to go check out our gallery - hoping my partner posted a pic of the rug mug I sent her!

Checking in. Still trying to decide what to do for the reverse side of my rug :/ At least it's too many ideas rather than too few, right?

I am WAY better at crafting than I am at getting to the post office.  Poor Sinella's mug rug has been riding around in my purse for nearly a week, all wrapped up and ready to go.  It SHALL be sent tomorrow though!!

A-ok with personal swaps.

Attempting my first quilt.  English paper piecing.  Sewing together 900 hexagons.
