My almost 8 year old daughter caught me making something for a swap and when I explained what I was doing, she got excited and said she wanted to do it too!

I'm still fairly new to Craftster, and maybe I'm not looking in the right place, but I couldn't find any swaps for kids - has anyone done this before?  Can we do it?  We can sign up for our kids so no personal information goes online...

And I think they did a kids ongoing ATC swap not that long ago too.

My kids love to craft too, but at 1 and 3 they are not quite up to swaps yet, but my 3yo swapped inchies with craftybutterfly's son when we did a personal inchie swap.

Looks like we just missed one - maybe there will be another if we ask nicely...

Grin we can keep this thread alive until more experienced craft swappers get worn down by their kids questions about their craft swapping!

What about a T-shirt swap?  Even a very young child can color/dye/paint/etc. Smiley

I'm secretly hoping they do another kids' swap closer to Christmas; I think that'd be a blast for my stepdaughter to be a part of. She LOVES crafting (takes after me!), and I think she'd get a huge kick out of doing a swap.

My boy loves to swap, he was in the one this summer, and the summer before.  Kids get a huge kick out of making something for someone.  I know that there will be one for sure next summer (when there's less commitments like school and extracurricular)  But a Christmas ornament swap for kids would be really awesome too....  I'll keep it in my mind and maybe tackle an organizer role on that if I have time.
