I went back home to New York for my vacation. It was my brothers wedding and the first time I got to see my boyfriend in 9 months! Long distance is hard, but we are still going strong. It was so nice to go see him! I also happened to be there right before the flood... If I had flown out a day later I would have been stuck (not that I would have minded) Most of the places we visited were completely flooded only a few days later. Crazy!

Thanks for looking! I kept this album simple... I didn't want to add too many embellishments because I like the paper and the photos so much!

xoxo

Very nice! I love the little pages within the pages. Grin Did you use a Poloroid type camera for your photos?

I used an Instax camera, it's similar to the old polaroids Smiley

Aha, thus the Instax reference in your title! I'm sorry, I had never heard of it until now -- and now I want one! ha! Grin

Stunning!  I think you're right not to embellish it as that would have spoilt the wonderful look it already has and perhaps even been a little too much.  This is stunning though and I love the way its come together.  In most ways it reminds me of like a steampunk-vintage-old world-style journal or something.  Wonderful!!
