wow. some awesome stuff people have gotten!! Can't wait to get my package.
Kind of sad my partner hasn't posted pics though. I was kind of proud of my craft, even though it wasn't nearly as creative as some I'm seeing on here!

It has been raining here in Hawaii so I haven't been able to get the shirt in the sun yet, but I can't wait.

i received a package from luvebuggy the other day. she's from san antonio, tx. it was packed with all kinds of hispanic style candies and stuff to do should i ever visit san antonio. it looks like a very tempting place. she included a handmade bag that turned out pretty well and a tshirt. there are also some awesome worry dolls that stole my bf's phone for me. they rock! i told them i was sad coz i couldnt pay for my cell phone to turn on...then there was his cell phone under my pillow. they are excellent. ive been telling them about money woes ever since.  here is my collection of goodies from luvebuggy:

I received my second package today!!

Here's the shirt Ralph sent me. It's for "Careflight," an Australian charity that transports sick children to hospitals that they might not have access to otherwise, and the proceeds from the shirt went to support them, which I just love.

My camera was being finicky about getting a good photo of it because of the bright red color.

She made me a stationary set with photos of various places in her hometown, and the paper the cards are made of is just fab!


And lastly, a necklace she made with a picture of the Bankstown Pheonix as well as some kitschy extras. I'm psyched about the keychains! I went to Australia a couple of years ago, and I didn't buy a single souvenier!

I just heard that my partner recieved today and I promise I will get a picture of me with my new t-shirt, pencil case, and sticker even if I have to wear said shirt to church tomorrow!

Also, I'm really impressed by how well themed everything is in some of these swaps.  Koreans love American and European-ish style so much that I had trouble finding a t-shirt.  I hope that she likes it!

I've finally managed a photo of the items that I recieved from CraftyOrange...exce pt for the sticker that said "Reading is Sexy"  The photo was taken at church, so y'all will have to forgive me for excluding it.  I'm a total bookworm, so the book shop shirt was an excellent choice and every teacher needs a pencil case with a surfing cat on it!

I'm using this one for make-up.  I teach adults who seem to think it's unprofessional not to wear any.  However, I have to get up so darned early that if I don't take it with me, I don't wear it.
