Like I said before I am not that great at picking names for a hat, I chose Fallen Star because it was a black star. Yah I know it's corny lol. Anyways, I have been meaning to make another slouchy hat pattern with a star, now that I know so much more about writing patterns and crochet in general. You never stop learning Wink This is what I came up with. It is so comfy. Great for bad hair days. (or in my case when I take my daughter to school. I'm not a morning person. This way I don't have to brush my hair. shhhh don't tell anyone) It is warm but not too warm and people don't expect you to take your hat off because it is "stylish" hehe. I think it is my favorite hat right now Smiley I loved it so much I made another one with glow in the dark yarn. I can't wait to wear it to the bar. (I know a bar that has a blacklight hehe) What do you think?

That's awesome.  I love the sheen to the green yarn.  I made your first star hat years ago for my son, I can't wait to buy this pattern to make an "update", especially since he's growing out of the first.

I used Simply Soft yarn. I'm pretty sure it was called Forest Floor. I never thought a guy would wear one but now that I think about it, yah it does work for guys too  Grin

Aw, you have a green hat and a glow in the dark hat, I'm so jealous! Grin the green one looks so good on you that I'm starting to wonder if slouchies would suit me, too... hehe, hats are awesome for bad hair days Grin
