Hey guys - I made a spicy cabbage stirfry and turned it into a wonton filling last night and decided to take photos and write down the recipe. I prefer steaming usually, but my bamboo steamer is finely retired so I need to buy another one.
I haven't made any recipe posts for a while to here or on my site so I thought it'd be a good opportunity

Ingredients* 1/2 Cabbage, chopped into small pieces
* 1-2 Corn Cobs, kernels removed
* 3-4 Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
* 2 Tomatoes, chopped
* 1-2 Green Onions, finely chopped/minced
* 2-3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
* Cayenne or Red Pepper Flakes, to taste
* Ground Black Pepper, to taste
* Small Handful of Black Olives, pitted and chopped
* 1-2 tbs Fresh Lemon Juice
* 3-4 tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce
* Sea Salt (I used Pink Himalayan Sea Salt)
May seem like quite a lot of ingredients but most are just spices/flavouring that just takes a second to add. I should add that you can make homemade wonton wrappers, but I used pre made ones to save time and so I don't mention a recipe for wonton wrappers. Maybe I can do that in the future. Make sure to get vegan wonton wrappers or if you don't mind, it'll probably easier to find non-vegan ones at regular grocery stores.
They were very tasty

Fried foods aren't usually something I like to eat often, so I balanced it out with some spinach, snow peas and yellow string beans...yum yum.
