So I started off with natural merino roving from R. H. Lindsay.

I dyed it in the Microwave with yellow food color (I don't have a picture of the dyed roving by it's lonesome, but here it is while it's being spun)

Here is the spun yarn which I left as singles

I crocheted it


Blocked it

Here's the end result

Worn

I love seeing a project evolve, especally if its such a long way.

The colour is wonderful. The whole shawl looks so happy, so joyful and delicate. All at once  Smiley
