A Very Merry Supernatural Christmas

Signups: October 3-14
Sendouts: November 30

There is already a general interest thread going on but now that a theme and requirements have been decided I thought it would be  good idea to start an official interest thread.

Just in time for the holiday season I am planning a full sized Supernatural swap. Because of the busieness of the season there will be 6 weeks of crafting time.

The requirements of this swap are as follows:

1 large, 1 medium, 1 small

1 item must be wearable
1 item must be a holiday ornament
1 item is crafter's choice

For example you could craft:

1 large tree skirt, 1 medium item of your choice, and 1 small necklace.
OR 1 large hoodie, 1 medium stocking, and 1 small item of your choice.
OR 1 large item of your choice, 1 medium purse, and 1 small ornament.

I will be sending out a PM reminder when sign ups are opening. If you would like to be included in this reminder let me know if your interested and I will add you to my list.

Omg, omg, me please! I've never done a swap, but I've been wanting to do one forever... is this an okay one to be my first?

(And the 'size' of an item is derived by..the amount of time it takes to complete, right?)

Here's a handy dandy guide.  This is a guideline ONLY: a rough estimate of sizes described by time it takes to make package, by physical size and by cost:

By Time
-Large = 3 or more hours
-Medium = 2 or more hours
-Small = 2 or less hours

By Size
-Large = A shawl, a shirt, a skirt, a set of jewelry with four to five items, a purse
-Medium = one single necklace or bracelet, a scarf
-Small = Earrings, stickers, wallets, pouches, bookmarks

By Price
-Large = $30 or more
-Medium = $10-$30 dollars
-Small = $10 or less

Remember, the important thing is that you and your partner agree.  If you want to make each other a purse for a shawl, go ahead.  Just make sure you're being fair, you communicate with your partner and you meet the guidelines outlined in the Swap Guide as well as additional guidelines setup by the Organizer of the particular swap. Think to yourself with each item you include: would this seem like a large item to me if I received it, or is it more on the medium or small side? Obviously, each project is different.  These are just suggestions. Send something that you are proud of and that you would be happy to receive.
