Here are two barrettes I made.  One is the devil or Diablo loteria image.  The other is Betty Page in a kitty costume.  Both images are sealed in resin in a bottle cap with glitter around the edges.

Another good way to get the edges to curl out is using needle-nose pliers, I've found it gives a lot more control over the finished product.

Do you know where I can find the recipe to build such trinkets?

I also find 2 similar barrete here: diablo 3 skills. Are you the owner of these?
