well, it's offical... I suck at web designing.

Trying to update the Nolliescafe.com website and it is kicking my butt. Nothing a milkshake and a knitting break won't cure.

LXM, your wedding photos are beautiful!

I will be posting my first Halloween item to my shop. I was going to be a pirate pig but then I opted to make a cat version instead so I can dress as a cat burglar. Smiley

Here is a poorly lit photo to demonstrate that you can wear your glasses over the mask if need be. The nose is smaller than the original pattern so it's easy to breathe with the mask on.

I can crochet an eye patch per request.

I've been watching a lot of TV lately so my scarf has now reached five foot long. I look to be only half way though the yarn I was trying to use up though, so I will have to decide on a length. Any suggestions? It is pale grey laceweight with a beaded cast on, 39 stitches wide.

LOL at the pig mask!  That's so cute!

We're having a roommate move in with us for a while again to help her out and of course to lessen our financial burden, soooo....I'm gonna need to CRAM all the stuff from that closet into closets around the house, which means....more items will need to be cleaned out for give away/swaps so likely many will make it into my shop and possibly at rock-bottom prices or in flat rates to move, move, move 'em Smiley  I also joined givers n needers again so, conversely, stuff may make it's way OUT of my shop and into boxes for that.  Basically, claim it if you want it, else it may be gone....or, stand by and wait for more goodies to come!

Go for an even six and quit?  Knit till you are sick of it?  I'm not much of a scarf person and when I wear one, I like them shorter rather than longer, so beats me!  Cheesy

Funny mask, raerae!

lxm - good spirits in (deep breath), bad spirits out (exhale)!  Cheesy

Ooh, that piggy mask is so cute!   Grin

Sansa, I usually knit mine as long as the person is tall at least.  I love longish scarves.

Can't believe this round is over.  Eek.  Halloween is fast approaching.  Lana wants to be a Thundercat.  I'm hoping to make this costume nicer then her play one.  Would rolling the edges to finish them be nicer than serging and then folding over to sew?
