OK I KNOW these look really simple..but they're NOT!  First, the colors have to be right on, and all of the colors need to be uniform, and the shape has to be symmetric...and these are TINY.  I nearly go buggy-eyed every year making these buggers!  I also wire wrap them because adhesive tends to dry and become brittle when left in a jewelry box for a long time..and nobody's going to wear these all year.  I love these little sweeties!

I like these - they look better than the original ones. Oh, and I like how you ended in a pun.

These are so cute!  They make me hungry.  I guess its good to get ready for Halloween early.  How long did they end up taking to make?

Thank you so much, everybody!

Sweetlysurreal...these required 2 firings in the kiln, plus AA LOT of coldworking (grinding, shaping)  so 2 days for that...then I ground a groove all the way around, and wire wrapped them...so 2+ days.

I have a pair of candy corn earrings I bought ages ago and wear every Halloween to work.  However, these are MUCH cooler!  You did a fantastic job!

Beautiful earrings!
And it looks to me you have great skills, being able to make these so perfect out of glass on such a small scale.
