Oooo!!!! Shocked

Everything looks so beautiful! The Kali poppet is amazing. Squire_inaria, you inspire me to start making poppets. All of yours look so good.

"You listen to metal and knit?"
"Yea, so?"
"I don't know, just seems a little out of the ordinary"
"Who said I was ordinary?"

I can't even begin to tell you how insanely jealous I am of Kali... WOW - amazing work...
I think I'm actually drooling on my keyboard.
I was at a woman's retreat this weekend with my mom. One of the other women was talking with mom and they pulled me into the conversation - This woman is from India and her father worshipped KALI - as in Hindu... I was completely floored and i get to go see her altar!
The Kali doll is truly gorgeous and I promise I won't try to sing to her to run away from home.
ACCIO Kali...

Then, the most wonderful item:

A Kali poppet! She is so beautiful, and I just love her. Please excuse my crappy pictures, it's late and I'm really tired. s_i made the little arms from polymer clay!

Everything all together, plus some green fabric bits for a gibbous dress I'm gathering for.

I was so spoiled- thank you so much squire_inaria! You were an awesome swap partner!
(also, you were right about amethyst and rose quartz, but it's moonstone, not citrine. It's just a very yellowy piece. Smiley)

Power is strength and the ability to see yourself through your own eyes and not through the eyes of another. It is being able to place a circle of power at your own feet and not take power from someone else's circle.

Sorry it's taken so long to post my pics! I received from ariaya last week!

I got a great wool knitted bag in varying shades of purple (love the texture!), woven drawstring bag with some stones, woven coasters (check out how well they match my couch!), and a great BoS page with a invocation to Arianrhod (it's a beautiful piece)!

I absolutely LOVE everything! Thanks, ariaya!

Enjoying seeing everyone's packages. Sometimes it sucks being across the border; everything takes longer to arrive.   Undecided

Sorry for the delay but I had received a second package from jeanettewe32! It included this stunning print of a drawing her sister had done for her of Epona which shares similiar things with Rhiannon (which is one of the goddesses I am drawn to).

Isn't it gorgeous? Some of the edges got cut off in the scan but there is so much detail to it! She also sent a placemat with info on Rhiannon on one side and Diana on the other! I didn't get a good scan of it but it is really neat! Thanks again so much jeanettewe32!! You are a great swap partner!
