Sheesh, apparently they put a tag somewhere on the package I sent that says "ship as slowly as possible"!  It seems like it has been sitting in Greensboro, NC for *days*.  I'm hopeful maybe they just aren't doing check-ins along the way, and maybe it is a lot closer to its destination.  C'mon, USPS!

I know right?! I'd been wondering if my USPS app was broken because it took forever for the package to even leave your state, and now it's stuck in Greensboro, NC! @____@;;; Normally it'd have gotten here by now even as parcel post ._. Damn you USPS!

Ohhh- I love the wish box idea! I'm thinking a bamboo one for my garden.  Grin But everything in the package is awesome!

I'm so annoyed- our mail carrier didn't leave squire_inara's box but instead left a pick-up slip. I'm having my mom pick it up today- I leave for work before the PO opens and don't get home until long after it closes- so I should be able to post pics tonight. Yay!

Darn USPS! At least you have someone who can pick it up though. I hope you like it!

On another note, are you guys still up for a gods swap once this one is done? If so, then I was thinking of starting sign ups the first week of October.

I received my package today and Dragonflower spoiled me unbelieveably!!! I can only hope she likes hers as much as I loved mine.

Let's start off with two fabric cuts. I'm planning on working on a Gibbous dress with velvets and other fun fabrics (since I can't find enough only velvet) in shades of blue/gray/black (and I'm happy to swap for more fabric Wink ). She sent some fabric along for that and for belly dance costuming.

Then some wonderful smelling oils (rose and witches brew), crystals (I think they're amethyst, rose quartz and citrine) and the coolest goddess candle holder!

Then came some amazing note cards personalized with pictures of Arianrhod. I don't know how she knew, but three of those are some of my favorite images of her

But wait! There's more! Next is a stunningly gorgeous circlet inspired by one on my wist. I had it on there because I haven't been brave enough to try my hand at making it, but she did an astounding job!!

Close up of the wire work

And then an awesome wall art piece of Arianrhod weaving the stars. Isn't it beautiful? She said it didn't come out the way she had been planning, but I love it.

Thanks for being such a wonderful partner, Dragonflower! *nervously awaits the package I sent to be opened*

Psshh, of course I love the amazing package squire_inaria made for me- I'd have to be crazy not to! She absolutely spoiled me too!

First, she made me this pretty chainmaille necklace basesd off of my wist:

Then these two lovely handcarved Goddess stamps:

A beautiful bracelet to represent the star Goddess:

The little bottle has her Goddess oil blend inside it.

This wonderful etched mirror, that I adore:

(Please ignore the fabulous view of my popcorn ceiling! lol) A couple of the gems came loose in transit, but that's an easy fix!

Then, the most wonderful item:

A Kali poppet! She is so beautiful, and I just love her. Please excuse my crappy pictures, it's late and I'm really tired. s_i made the little arms from polymer clay!

Everything all together, plus some green fabric bits for a gibbous dress I'm gathering for.

I was so spoiled- thank you so much squire_inaria! You were an awesome swap partner!
(also, you were right about amethyst and rose quartz, but it's moonstone, not citrine. It's just a very yellowy piece. Smiley)
