Oh no, I would never get that nice detailing on the box with my hands.  I printed the maps backwards on a laser printer and transferred using a blender marker.  The sigils and top of the box I woodburned on.  The compact part was bought, the dragon decoration on it was made with 2 part epoxy (Apoxie Sculpt), mica powder for colour, Swarovski crystals, and a dragon charm.  I loved working with the Apoxie Sculpt and I am trying other things with it, especially since I found a supplier that is cheaper than my bead store.

onyx- what is a blender marker? I've done xerography like that with photos and acetone on H2O paper, but it's nasy smelly work. I'd love "a better way"!

it's just fantastic! do you have any pics of the wood burning detail?

It is these markers, but specifically the colourless blender.  I have tried with acetone, but I really prefer the markers.  I find I get a crisper more precise transfer with them.

The woodburning is nothing special - the map detailing is left as the transfer so that it is more the background.  I'll see if the pics I took were any good.

You say that like anyone could just do woodburning like that! I know I couldn't. You've got mad skills. I'm still in love with that dragon compact.

I got my package from idioskosmos on Friday!

It all came inside this lovely box, covered in blue jewels on the sides.

On the inside was the Greyjoy's motto and a hidden kraken on the bottom of the box! She made me two magnets, one of LittleFinger and one of Arya, my two favourite characters, as well as a beautiful book thong and a carved mocking bird stamp!

You can see what the stamp looks like on the side of the box lid.

Littlefinger is on my fridge now, inbetween Batman and Robin! (Robin doesn't look too happy about it)

Thank you so much, idioskosmos! Everything you sent me is amazing and I love it!
I hope my package gets to you soon and you like what I made for you!
