I put mine away when I couldn't for the life of me get it together Embarrassed

For me, the secret to constructing the @#$! thing was: "pipe clamps" (as seen on the floor in the picture).

The cat is decorative, not functional.

And that's Mr. Jivvy's dirty foot. My dirty feet were carefully excluded from the pic.  Cheesy

It's already together, it's really just lacking the cosmetic stuff... cosmetic I can do.

Trust me, I understand. I have another 1" scale house waiting to be constructed.  It's been waiting for "I forget how many" years.

And I don't expect that to change any time soon.  Cheesy

I am close to finished with my little house.

Here is the outside as it existed last weekend (I did a bit more during the week, but don't have those pictures yet)

The inside is pretty much done.  Here are the four rooms starting at the top left.

This is the "fish tank" room.  Probably the "kids room".

This is the big room upstairs.  Master bedroom

This is the bigger room downstairs (living room).  The bay window is on the left

The smaller room downstairs, with the staircase.  I guess this would be the kitchen.

The bay window roof is attached:

Who's there??

Next steps are the dark green trim along the roof edges.  Then the shingles, and the trim pieces on the top edges.

wwrich - You've made a lot of progress! Your house is looking fab!

My cardboard house needs some TLC. I have one room still to decorate. I need to finish it so I can start working on a 'proper' house. A kind stranger sent me the wooden house that she bought at Michaels and sent it all the way to me in South Africa, but I promised myself that I can only touch it once my cardboard house is done! I'm writing 2 exams towards the end of the month, so hopefully it'll be done by end June, so I can start on the wooden one!  Cheesy

oh, and knickertwist - the goblin pub is superb!!
