Last week I got my study about 90% finished.

I still want to add some mini anatomy diagrams and a chair and maybe hang some glass beads in the bay window.

I used liquid starch to get the curtains to fold like I wanted and the same for the little table cloth. I was really happy that it turned out so well. Next room will be the bedroom!

I thought it would be fun to post some in-progress pictures of my new wee house. The other one is on hiatus... until I get past the "ugh how did it turn out so amateurish" annoyance and fix things.

The new one is the dollhouse with veranda that Knickertwist recommended. Loving it so far. It seems to be inhabited by a tiny crypto-zoologist, a studious little fellow.

He doesn't have much furniture yet, but he brought some interesting objects. That thing in the tube is actually a unicorn horn. Apparently unicorns shed their horns once in a blue moon. Who knew?

He found conclusive proof that Bigfoot exists; that big white thing is a cast of a footprint.

He likes fresh fruit and vegetables, as is obvious from the apple and the carrot on the little cutting block.

No electricity yet, so he has to make do with candle light.

The only problem with the house?
There seems to be a bit of a mouse infestation.

Thanks, guys!

Is he a Dutch cryptozoologist?  Love the wooden shoes! Smiley

Hehe yep, he is because I am! The wooden shoes are in fact from Holland, they are leftovers from a crafting spell when I was heavily into tiny felt puppets.
