I'm learning to cook, and I'm also trying to learn to make Vegan yummy treats <3 (I'm not so good at baking either, but I seem to do better now with making Vegan than I do normal) While making stew, I also decided to make Vegan pumpkin bread, and this.

Sorry it's a bit dark looking, bad lighting. The original recipe was supposed to be for cupcakes, but I couldn't find the cupcake pan, so I thought my aunt got rid of it with the other random stuff, and it turns out there was still one here, but it was hidden LOL. I know where it's at for future reference though. It tasted delicious though, even as a tiny little cake thingy. Smiley I still have more. This was the 1st Vegan thing I ever baked, so I'm proud of myself. I even used a real vanilla bean... Which confused me, because I'd never seen one before and so I was really surprised to see it looked like a chili LOL.

Recipe can be found here: http://www.theppk.com/2010/11/vanilla-bean-cupcakes-with-chocolate-ganache/

Will happily do personal swaps Smiley I'm busy so I may be a bit slow, but I do enjoy swapping <3
