Clear I.D. window for a wallet?

I've tried google searching and going through the archives here and can't seem to find anything. I'm trying to find instructions on how to sew a clear i.d. window onto the inside flap of a wallet. one where i can slide my id in from the top or the side. if someone could link me to a tutorial or if you have instructions that you use that you wouldn't mind sharing i would greatly appreciate it. thanks!
