Here is the top of the snow flake box I am making.  It is just the top, but the bottom will just be the navy blue color.  The snow flake is painted white with some diamond dust and blue gem stones as accents.

Thanks!  Yeah I wasn't happy how the diamond dust turned out though, I didn't put enough glue on the snow flake so I didn't get it fully coated.  And trying to to back and 'fill in' the spots is tricky.

Here is a new one, a round paper mache box, snow flake on top and sliver gems on the sides.  Sorry for the photos haven't figured out a way to take a good pic of the box just yet.




I am not sure if I like the glossy look with the navy blue.  It just seems to make it so dark...I might try a matte modge podge later on if I decide to continue to make 'em...dunno just yet.
