it's good - but i think the proportion of the lower jaw might be off a bit. Are you just using pencil? or are you doing charcoal too?

This picture is pencil only. I agree about the jaw. I also think the shading in the eye should be a little darker.

Very nice! i love that with your first piece you went for something very complicated. The shading of the ridges around the eye sockets looks very good.
