My package from Songs4Drowning was amazing, and just my taste!

First, I LOVE yarn, especially hand spun yarn... so she sent me some the color of stormy Chicago sky, beautiful plying:

Next, Some "Gentleman Johnny Marcone" money scented candles (my husband is love with these) the color of Marcone's eyes... and some Strawberry Shortcake candles that smell like Lt. Murphy's grandma's house... they smell EXACTLY like strawberry shortcake dolls, and I LOVE all the candles:

Last but not least, an ADORABLE Bob bookmark and a "trashy romance novel" to keep him company.  It's hard to convey how awesome the Bob is, WAY awesome in person

Thank you for such an amazing swap!

hooray for the trashy romance novels - don't forget to cheer during the sex scenes and heckle the rest!

SilverMoon, I must be doing something wrong with my crochet then, it never looks this nice and even.  You did a great job.

I love the candles and that shirt!

So, my partner received awhile ago but hasn't been able to post pictures.

Here's everything I sent her.

She requested jewelry, especially earrings and bracelets (of the non-dangly sort) so I made:
An evil eye bracelet

A Molly Inspired beaded memory bracelet

A Molly Inspired tree of life necklace

Two pairs of shield earrings

A pair of Za Lord and a pair of hand stamped Algiz rune earrings

To keep it all in, I painted a Way Box
Outside

Inside (complete with an itty bitty Arctis Tor)

And for any of the sidhe who may come visiting...
A Winter Sidhe house with magical never melting snow and a wired tree with bells.

Back from the post office and was totally impressed with my package!!  First off mightyminniemouse put together my very own apprentice kit!

Complete with handmade, handbound note book, play-doh to do my own thaumaturgy, glow stick wands, and 3 potions to start me off.

Also got a great painted Bob the Skull shopping bag (which I have used already Grin What!?  I couldnt wait to get it all home and cracked the box in the parking lot!  The bag came in very handy schlepping it all home on the bus Wink), my favourite Dresden quote, and a shield bracelet of my very own.

close up of the quote, and a little detail of the skull and bracelet.

THANKS mightyminniemouse!
