I chopped up cabochons to get this effect and it was a lot of chopping, but I think the effect was worth the effort (and the blisters). This is also the first time that I cold worked the edges before slumping and I am so pleased with the results that I'll probably cold work most projects from here on out. Enjoy!

These are amazing!!! I love the pattern that you've made Smiley I clicked on this from the new projects thumbnail, because it looked pretty and interesting, but I've never done any glass crafting. What is slumping?

@Indecisive Monkey: After the glass is fused together at a high temperature, you put it back into the kiln on a ceramic mold at a lower temperature and it "slumps" into the mold, taking the shape of the mold (bowl, plate, etc.)
