Poor guy. At least he's being immortalized and his death was not for naught. My cat would have that dismantled pretty quickly, even if I kept it away from him somehow, he would spend the rest of his life trying to get it.

It's funny in a morbid sort of way.  I agree with the others- he needs eyes.

I'm so glad that you "recycle" the animals rather than killing them just to make stuff out of them.

I had another thought on an eye possibility if you decide to add them:
Use seed beads to make little flat eyes, like the Athabascans do on wolf face mittens! 

I think they would translate well to a smaller animal, especially if you used a smaller size seed bead too.  I wish I could find a picture to link for you- they look really cool in person.  Unfortunately nothing is coming up, I can't find my own pictures, and it's late so I need to get to bed. 


Anyway, don't mind the bizarre creative idea on eyes.
