hi does any one have a pattern for a little red riding hood outfit for a girl 8 yrs,even a pattern just for the cape

Here's a blog entry on how to make an 18th century cloak. I think it'd be pretty simple to scale it down to mini-measurements.

Also, if you like to knit or crochet, you could try searching "cape" and "cloak" on Ravelry.
