I've been playing with all kinds of materials, and they're all turning into flowers.  I'm not sure how I will be using them yet. Some sewing involved in these, but mostly just a lot of glue.

Ribbon petals, wooden disc, sequins and felt on the back. About 6 inches wide. The shininess made the petals look pinkish on the edges, but they're not.

"tie dye" duct tape

Ruffled fabric petals, button center. Pin backing.  On a clutch I made from here http://www.noodle-head.com/2010/04/gathered-clutch-tutorial.htmlI know this isn't the sewing board, so I apologize.

Kanzashi from white fabric about 2.5 and 4 inches. Those are french knots on fabric wrapped around a plastic disc for the center.

I've been using my new phone for the pics. So whaddya think?

Very cute! I especially love the clutch. (And your phone takes much better pictures than my camera, btw)

I will happily do personal swaps for beads, buttons, and fat quarters!
