I've been on a baking bender lately!
I saw these cute cookies over on sprinkle bakes (http://www.sprinklebakes.com/2010/01/colorful-spiral-cookies.html) and was desperate to try making them. I printed off the recipe and saw another I couldn't resist (http://www.sprinklebakes.com/)
So here we go!
My strawberry and vanilla swirl cookies...

And they taste pretty darn good!
The hardest part was choosing which sprinkles to roll them in  Cheesy

Then I made the mocha swirl cookies...

But next time I will put a shot of espresso in instead of instant. I'm not a huge fan of the flavour of instant coffee, it's sitting in our kitchen for emergencies only (If we have barely any milk or if, God forbid, the coffee machine explodes)

Thanks for looking!

Mmmmmm, those look amazing! Thanks for the link. I love that they look pretty without having to put icing on them. Personally I love decorating cookies and cakes, but when I'm doing stuff for kids parties the less sugar the better and I know the kiddos would totally get a kick out of these cookies.
