Shaun of the Dead,Clown,and Rag doll childrens costumes

I got a really early start on costumes this year, so both of my daughters' outfits are done. My youngest wanted to be a clown, mostly because she knows her dad is scared of them. I made her a tutu and vest and attached a tulle flower to the vest. I then made her a rainbow yarn hairpiece and she topped it with her favorite hat.

 


My oldest daughter wanted to be a rag doll " like sally but not sally" (she is very picky). I used scraps of all her favorite fabrics in my stash to make a jumper and then made a yarn wig for her. The hat was made by a friend.



This was the first time they put the costumes on so by halloween I'm sure there will be changes made and the make up will be much better

ok adding my son now. originally he was going to be yoda but he didn't like his costume, think it was just uncomfortable so instead he is Shaun from Shaun of the Dead (only much cuter )

Wow!     Good job, MOM!!  The girls look so cute in their costumes - I love them both!!     The makeup and hair and hats are all so perfect for their costume themes!!
