Oh man y'all.
My hoop got here from silentblair and I just about *died*
I was so excited that I ran across the freshly cleaned tile floor to grab my package and I slid and fell on my butt!

SOOOOO WORTH IT!

I started out gaming on an NES (getting kicked off of it by my mom that wanted to play Final Fantasy). The controller looks like a steampunk controller which I love so much.

And the *BACK*. I don't think I've ever been as excited about the back of a hoop as I am about this one. I want to turn the hoop around on my wall sometimes so the back shows.

Heheheheheheheheheheheheh! It gives me gigglefits every time!
SilentBlair asked about eluding to "something flilthy"
I'm a pretty saucy wench. And this is *FABULOUS* and naughty!!

I looooooooooooooooooooooves it.
I really can't wait for the husband to get home from work so I can show him. I think this is a hoop he'll love.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Sigh of relief! I am so glad you like your hoop Almostdawn!
But I am sorry you slipped on your butt. But I am quite jealous of your freshly cleaned tile floor (on my list for tomorrow...clean kitchen floor!).
I'd never done anything steampunk-ie before, so it was fun to do the research on colors and so on! Wink

The back was something I found on spritestitch.com and it's been on my to do pile forever. So happy I got to do this for you!

@kwiltykate I LOVE that you had to explain it to your husband! It just goes to show we are all in good company Grin Grin Grin

That was a hoop I had to show to my husband, who wants to install a mobo into a NES system... He was happy and then remarked about how the connection is wrong. What a kill joy! I think it's awesome! I do think he enjoyed the back more than I did... Yeah, he would...

Oh my goodness me, you are so right! The connection is wrong!!! Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

I initally did just the main part, but the design needed more. So, without checking.... or remembering myself because I played quite a bit of NES Zelda.... I added the cord w/ an oh so modern connection plug.

I have failed. Sad

Hopefully Almostdawn likes it anyway?Huh

Well, either way I am glad it made your husband happy for a short time. Wink
PS: My husband would have done the same thing

It actually looks like the controller that my husband got to plug into his computer so we could play old games!

Oh, here I am being a killjoy! Sucky, sucky Jexxican! I still like it. If it were on our wall, I don't think he would complain.
