Knit purl recieved from me last week, but has lost her camera  cable (those pesky things get lost all the time!). So here is a couple of pictures of the hoop that I made for her:

Thanks Nilmerg! I love it, and I will buy a new cable and post another close up soon. Sorry I wasn't able to share it with everyone straight away. Smiley

Will personal swap for ATCs (fabric or paper), Teesha Moore poptarts/pillows and most any kind of embroidery- PM me

The dragonfly is esquisite!
I love George Carlin and that hoop made me smile. I saw him live about 10yrs ago and I think my whole face was numb from all the laughing and smiling. Wink

Today, I got two hoops from Nilmerg, the Indecisive!  She said that she couldn't pick which to do, so she whipped up two little hoops: a sweet hoop for my daughter and a lovely one for me!

"Princess Daphne"  When Daffy saw this she couldn't stop saying thank you and giving me hugs.  It's hard to explain to a 2 yr old that it was a gift from a friend all the way in Australia!

"J"  (My first initial)  I love the vintagey look of this little one.  It's beautiful and beautifully crafted.  I'm going to have to partner up Nilmerg again so that she can make an "M" to match it!

Eek getting behind on comments! Let me catch up!

Love the embellished Asian fabric! I need to try that with some fun print I have for myself sometime!

The steampunk dragonfly is awesome! From far away the patterns in the wings look so subtle and I love how it really gains impact when you get up close and realize what all the shading is!

ooh the purple swirls hoop is simply lovely! I love circular patterns and I love the filled in areas in contrast to the outlined areas. Great job!

Hahaha! George carlin's 7 words is classic! I love the mix of xstitch and embroidery Erica! That turned out great!

The embroidered initial looks so great on that lighter patterned background - it fits perfectly!! Great job!

Think that was everything  Smiley Anxiously awaiting my hoop's arrival in Australia to kwilty!
