So after a crazy month of moving cross country, mother misplacing half my craft stuff while trying to send to me, & recovering from bronchitis, I am now situated in LA and picking up where I left off!  I'll be more and more active.  And now I must share my AMAZING hoopla which was the first thing to appear on my wall here   Songs4Drowning did her own adaptation of Sonic the Hedgehog for my love of video games and made this super cool skeleton hedgehog.  It's super cool AND educational!

I received this really great hoop from r0ck0n!  I just moved into a new apartment and I have the best spot for a hoopla wall. 



Isn't this elephant great??  I love the swirls and color too!  It's such a great hoop!

The actual Skeleton is all stitched, and I used crayon/cosmetics to tint around the bones and to add some pink to the inner part of the ear. I've got a closeup, if lorelei doesn't mind me posting it!

Also, after a fruitless search for my camera battery, we broke down and bought a new one today so I can show off the amazingness that bubblegum_phoenix sent! She designed the pattern herself!



My absolute favorite part of the hoop is the bullion stitch rose in the ratty's ear! <3

I tried to get a pic of it glowing in the dark, but my camera couldn't pick up the image. But let me assure you, it really works and it's really awesome.
