Hey all! I was hoping to try a new freezer paper stencil shirt, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a faded vintage look - sorta like http://s2.thisnext.com/media/largest_dimension/7833A789.jpg or http://static.musictoday.com/store/bands/1293/product_large/UVCT179.JPG, but with my own graphic, naturally.
Any techniques? Specific paints, ways to wash it or apply your paint?
Thanks for any info you can share!

I accidentally forgot to heat-set my paint on a shirt I made for my boyfriend. After it went through the wash the first time, it faded alot and crinkled the teensiest little bit. I heat-set it after that, and it never faded any further.
