Soooo gorgeous!!! I think my favourite of the pages you posted is the what if page. What did you use for the resist? Also in general, I love how so many of the pages look like they're tie-dyed! It's a really awesome effect.

I love it more each time I flip through it (which I've probably done half a dozen times today). Thank you again, Amanda (and thanks for posting pics, too)-- I hope you like yours as much Smiley

<3  Thanks!  I did a lot of the pages with the resist & watercolor.  I used words that her themes made me think of.  Some I added clippings from the dictionary to as well.  I used masking medium which is with the watercolors in the art store usually and is such fun to work with for all kinds of stuff.  There is a good tutorial on here for making a portrait from a photo with it (I keep meaning to do that & let the kids do the watercoloring for a gift for grandma). you paint it on, let it dry, go over it with watercolor (or whatever) then remove it with an eraser. it's stretchy and tacky - once you get it started with the eraser you can pull it off with your fingers.  Easy peasy.

The tie dye look is from "bleeding tissue paper" which is probably my favorite art supply.  I use it for SO many things.  Looks like regular tissue but when you wet it the color runs like crazy.  You can blend colors by overlapping.  I usually mist the paper, lay on the tissue & mist again.  The longer you let it sit the darker & more running you get.  I peel it off wet usually.  The paper towels I set the discarded wet tissue on were used on the spine and they are behind the blue heart haha. Talk about recycling ;-)

Anyway I'm glad it was well received I really enjoyed making it.
