I love that shirt with the stars on it.  I think I have the same one on my pinterest (maybe I even repinned it from you Monica).  How cool that it glows in the dark (at least I assume it does).  Averia, if you ever want to make another on feel free to claim me.   Grin

I received from A2K today.  She sent me a great pair of mittens.  They're cable knit with a nice wool and then felted, just what I wanted.  They fit perfect and are nice and warm.  They should do a great job of keeping me warm this winter.  She also sent some extra ribbon.

Thanks so much!

P.S. I love the stitching around the edges of the package.  What a fun way to dress it up.

ChrisSews:  Glad they got there and glad you like them!  You got the last of my large bags!  Time to make some more!!!

I received two great packages this week!  Both contained African flower hexagons for my craftster afghan!

The first came from Shablina:

She sent a skein of her very own handspun.  It's just beautiful, made with silks and reclaimed fibers!  I could not get a good picture of this, so if you have a better one, Shablina, please post it so others can drool like I did when I opened my parcel!  I love the colors Shablina used on the hexies as well!

The second came from padfoot:

She sent a nice variety of colors in her hexies (notice the purple and green matching up with Shablina's -- this afghan is going to rock!) and three new decorated clothespins!

Thanks so much, girls!  I love the stash of African flowers I'm building and your extras were awesome!

I met the mail lady at the mailbox today as we were out in the garden getting it ready for fall. She had my package from Averia. I am so excited it came so fast here are all of my goodies.

Here is everything together. She sent me 2 mug rugs. The one on the left has cows and pigs. The cows have really cute names under them it's adorable. The other one is a gorgeous teal/turquoise and brown fabrics. Those are some of my favorite colors. My wedding was supposed to be brown and turquoise but my hubby vetoed brown for black. The chocolate in the middle is suspiciously thin. The kids and I ate it before it ever made it into the house. Averia wrote with Avocados on it. However my children can't read and it didn't work. DH wasn't home so I couldn't test the theory on him!

A close up of the adorable fabric!

Look how neat her corners are. Averia you will have to teach me how to do that!

Thank you sooo much this package is sooooo wonderful. I have been waiting to get claimed for something sewn. I loveeeee it.
