The Dremel worked wonderfully!   I made the bracelet and have to get it to my aunt this week.   It turned out great!   I cant wait until I can order more brass stampings for other jewelry pieces.   Grin

I'm glad the Dremel worked for you.  Another option if anyone is interest is hole punch pliers like these:
