Hi! Smiley I want to make charms like these using resin:http://img0.etsystatic.com/000/0/5375665/il_fullxfull.271975908.jpg
although I have no idea how to make it have that dome effect. do I put that round thing to guide and outline the resin, or do I put the resin first then the silver lining thing? Help!

It probably is a silver-coloured bezel/pendant tray, like these ones, with the image adhered to the base, and then the resin slowly poured on top.  If you use the right resin, and pour it in layers/stages, it will dome.  I found that using something like the Envirotex it did not dome well (but is not meant to) but ones that were meant for jewelry, like Magic Glos and ICE resin domed nicely.  Could be because they were more viscous.
