A few days ago I got a feeling of really wanting to make something. It was then that I thought, "It's time for......Yoshi" I found this pattern:
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/yoshi on Ravelry.

I loved the way the head and the body turned out but I didn't really like the way the legs, shoes, and arms looked so I made those up:

Rnd 2. Inc around (12)
Rnd 3. *Sc in next 2 sc, Inc* around(16)
Rnd 4-7. Sc around
Rnd 8. Dc in next 8 sc, sc in next 2 sc, dec twice, sc in next 2 sc (14)
Rnd 9. Dc in next 8 sc, sc in next 6 sc
Rnd 10. Sc around F/O
Flatten open end and sew onto body
Shoes-brown (make 2)

Row 2. Sc in second ch from hook, sc across (10)
Go to other side (like U-turn) and sc on that side (20 around)
