I'll be sending today at lunch...after waking up at 5:00 to finish! I don't know why this was such a difficult swap for me to get done. Actually, I do. It's because work has really picked up. Darn that pesky need for an income! I'd rather just stay home and craft.

Completely off topic, but needing assistance from like minded folks.  I seem to be having a real run of bad luck, I need a cleansing, like self cleansing ritual that will offer me some clarity as to what is causing this run of bad luck.

Monnie, my best suggestion for self-cleansing would be traditional Hoodoo Van-van, either as oil or bath crystals. Ideally, you could have a Van-van bath, then anoint yourself with something like Uncrossing Oil. But I know you don't have a local supplier of Hoodoo products nearby, so you'd have to mail-order it, which is a nuisance.

Alternatively, you could try an egg cleansing. There are simpler or more complicated versions, but they all involve taking an egg (as freshly-laid as possible) and passing it slowly over your body from head to foot, then disposing of it along with the bad luck or malign influences it has absorbed. You can do this by burying the egg, smashing it against a rock or a tree, casting it into moving water (I think the sea would be just as good), or leaving it at a crossroads or the entrance to a graveyard. Some people just break the egg into the toilet and flush it away!

I've become more interested recently in the magical use of the Psalms. We usually think of the Book of Psalms as just another chapter of the Christian Bible, but in fact it's an ancient Hebrew collection of spells, charms and poems that people have been using for literally thousands of years. Psalms 90 and 91 might be good spells to help protect you from the bad luck you've been experiencing.

I would meditate and also try divination to determine the causes. Also, you should try a grounding and cleansing bath, including salt to cleanse. You want to include all the elements in the room (candles for fire, incense or music for air, salt for earth, water for...well, water).  Try the bath before meditating.
