Completely off topic, but needing assistance from like minded folks.  I seem to be having a real run of bad luck, I need a cleansing, like self cleansing ritual that will offer me some clarity as to what is causing this run of bad luck.

I would meditate and also try divination to determine the causes. Also, you should try a grounding and cleansing bath, including salt to cleanse. You want to include all the elements in the room (candles for fire, incense or music for air, salt for earth, water for...well, water).  Try the bath before meditating.

We are planning a rite for Mabon Saturday night, so I will be sure to do something first

Something else you can try is a sugar or salt scrub with herbs added in.  I mix about 3c of sugar with 1T of oil for the base, then add in essential oils and dried herbs.  Basil is a great protection/cleaning herb that is easy to get, but your herb of preference is great.  I will also often add a drop of peppermint or sage oil for cleaning.

Stand in the shower and scrub off all the gunk.  Watch it go down the drain and know that it's gone.

Sometimes I find the physical scrubbing works better for me that just visualization or incense.

tarot reading are always good for me when i am looking for clarity on something. the other thing that i do, is take matters into sleep. if you ask the question right before you go to sleep, to what ever deity you are close with, or would be appropriate for the matter, then sleep on it. when you wake up, before you get out of bed, when you are still in that dreamy place, see what comes up for you. some times i have to do it several nights before i gain insight.

 Wink
and, good luck
